		<description>Great post about SMO. I agree with your point that we can not measure the social media success by seeing the followers and fans count.

One example: Every business owners still thinking, SEO is the process of submitting their site to all available Search Engines. 

As like SEO example this SMO (Social Media Optimization) also measured like followers and fans count. 

Totally both SEO and SMO needs one standard ethics that are followed by all SEOs and SMOs. 

My Social Media measurement is all about getting engagement by customers. Okay You got my secret. :)</description>
